Rooms were lovely and spacious, kindly was given a free upgrade. Location is within walking distance of Fishermans Wharf which is lovely. Staff couldn't do enough for me.

Friendly, kind, helpful staff, especially around the pool, restaurant area. Food is delicious! The best meals we had in Koh Samui! Accommodation was beautiful, large bed for us, they set up 3 sofa beds for the children, they loved it! They did regular theme restaurant evenings. Relaxed and calm environment. Pool table and table tennis. Good gym with enough equipment for a good workout.

Everything was perfect. The rooms are well decorated and the staff was always very helpfull and kind. The gym is small but somehow has everything you need . For the breakfast you have lots of options and the food was great. Overall was a very good experience ,i would definetely recommend it!

Lovely resort which is close to everything. Only a 5 minute walk to the beachfront and about 10-15 minute walk to Fisherman’s Village. We would walk through the back end as could then walk alone the beachfront to walking street and that was about 10 minute walk. Hotel bungalow was really comfortable with a great shower and comfy bed. The garden resort is stunning with lots of lovely trees and plants giving it a really calm and relaxing environment. The pool was great with plenty of sun loungers. Home, the night guard and the rest of the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The stay was unbelievable. I have stayed in the bigger houses before, but this was my first time in the honeymoon suite. It was just so perfectly secluded with a pool and jacuzzi bath in the garden area, along with a BBQ. I will definitely be back again. The host Pinky was amazing and helpful, anything we needed, she organized for us!

We spent 7 days at The W Hotel ! Great location, really beautiful and pleasant rooms, but the thing that makes this such a wonderful place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We particularly wanted to thank Ammie for her kindness ! She is so wonderful ! We travelled as a couple for our Honeymoon and we had a wonderful Experience!

Wow, this place feels like homecoming! Jida and Bibi are really kind and welcoming. We had a full day of heavy rain but still really enjoyed with each other talking and joking. Nice little pool where you can cool down when it is hot and some nice chairs around the pool. Good breakfast and you can also have lunch or dinner. Comfortable room with good bed. Definitely coming back to this place when we will stay again in Koh Samui. Jida can also help you with everything like: renting a scooter, taxi, tours and all that kind of stuff for fair prices. Ps: Pet Captain the dog, he is really lovely
