We were greeted by Shannon at check in and that was the start of a wonderful stay. The remodel work was outstanding. The breakfasts were great.

I have never had the opportunity to live in such a luxurious hotel before. It's a fantastic place: close to 5th Avenue and Central Park. Life here is bustling. The room is very spacious and large, and it had everything I needed. Additionally, they kindly provided me with an adapter. The view from the window was magnificent: we were staying on the 15th floor. Housekeeping was done every day.

Stellar location in Columbus Circle right at the corner of Central Park with excellent views from both the rooms and the breakfast/dining lounge. Excellent service from the entire staff who are very knowledgable and full of little attentions for guests. Rooms are well-equipped, comfortable and a decent size for Manhattan property; in addition, the location of the hotel in the upper floors of the tower make one's stay very calm and quiet, allowing for decent sleep whilst being located in the center of the action. F&B also deserves two thumbs up as their new French chef is very talented, breakfast to dinner has been of excellent quality. Finally the therapists at the spa were are very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was just perfect! So beautiful, clean, nice. Breakfast always delicious but no cheese, no ham. Room clean and nice. We were happy in this hotel. The hotel was simply brilliant! :-)
