Everything! This is perfection in a resort! From the moment we arrived we knew we had landed in heaven! Every member of staff is welcoming, go the extra mile, are friendly, you feel like you’re at home! The surroundings/landscaping is divine with nature on your doorstep! Our mountain verandah was extremely well equipped and comfortable, the good night story and chocolate perfected the end of the day. All trips and spa treatments were well organised and great experiences! The food was the best! I love breakfast and this was the best! The egg coffee was the best we had across Vietnam. The cocktails…oh my! Try the Pho cocktail! We didn’t want to leave at all and if they weren’t fully booked, we would have altered our plans to stay another week! We will return in a heartbeat!
