Just a 5-minute metro ride from the Stephansplatz square right in the heart of Vienna, the eco-labelled Hotel Spiess & Spiess is located in a quiet backstreet. It was very spacious and it was very clean. Even when the AC broke down it was fixed very quickly. The location is very good, right next to the underground. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were really able to relax after a busy day, the garden in the back was also beautiful. The breakfast was of very good quality, we enjoyed that a lot.

A wonderful impression from our stay at the hotel! Excellent service reminiscent of “old Vienna” – politeness, payment upon checkout with no deposits, valet parking, and the impeccable appearance of the staff. It left the best impressions. The hotel itself looks very stylish and cozy, with everything clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom stocked with excellent toiletries. Highly recommended for accommodation.

Spacious, very clean, comfortable and quiet apartment, very well located next to Airport bus, tram and underground, and a short walk to main attractions. Very nice staff as well. And there's a real hairdryer (not these tiny useless hotel ones), which is very nice!
