This was our second booking. Excellent room size and facilities! Child friendly! Spa area for families (with clothes) but also for adults only. Big pool and Jacuzzi. Playroom with pool table and other games Excellent food incl. the menu for the kids! The location is great. The mountains are close by as well. Very recommended hotel!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They look after the guests and are willing to help. I was very impressed by the customer service. There are two supermarkets with a walking distance, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel.

Garmisch-Partenkirchenis asuval traditsioonilises stiilis hotellil on looduslik välibassein ja suur saun, kust avaneb vaade Zugspitze mäele. Külalised saavad kasutada tasuta WiFi-ühendust. The person greeting us was affable, kind and communicative; he immediately put us at ease. Champagne was handed to us upon arrival as well as the offer of a hot towel for our hands and face. The room was gorgeous, you can see the historic information and the brochure with the WiFi gave us more information regarding the history - genuinely fascinating. We paid for rooms facing the mountains and it was definitely worth it, the view was gorgeous and it allowed for us to relax as we had a couple of Radlers and watched the stars come out. 10/10, would recommend. We have already discussed coming back again because of the quality of the hotel. Danke!
