The hotel features a 24-hour fitness centre with a heated pool and sauna. I liked everything. 5 star experience from the staff to the room. Bueatiful hotel with a great eye for detail in the room. The room service food was top shelf.

Built in 2014, North Adelaide Boutique Stays Accommodation are located 2 km from Adelaide City Centre and within walking distance of local bars and the dining precinct. The iconic Adelaide Oval and Adelaide Festival Centre are a short stroll along O'Connell Street. It is an excellent accommodation for exploring Adelaide. The location is close to the city centre and there is a free city bus stop nearby. The bus runs a circular route through the entire city centre and should be used to get a first impression of the city. The flats are very well maintained and clean. All necessary toiletries are available in the bathroom. The fridge is well suited for cooling drinks. There is a sink, but it is not possible to cook as there is no cooker. A well-stocked minibar (for a fee) provides small treats. The bed is very comfortable. The room can be darkened very well with the blinds. Checking in and out is well organised and very easy. The staff is very attentive and helpful. We were given good tips for restaurants. We visited one of them and were very satisfied. There is plenty of parking either in the courtyard or directly in front of the accommodation on the street.

Some rooms offer a balcony and sea views. Wonderful hotel. The view was great from one of the heritage hotel rooms. The room itself felt huge (high ceilings) and the bed was comfortable. The bar/bistro was great so we ate there for 3 meals. I wish we could have stayed longer.
