Palazzo Colonnades is a boutique high-rise property conveniently located on Surfers Paradise Boulevard. It is an 8-minute walk to Cavill Avenue and has a salt water swimming pool.

Palazzo's apartments all have a balcony and offer modern facilities close to Surfers Paradise. These air-conditioned apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen and dining area. Free cable TV is also available. Guests receive unlimited fast free WiFi. Each room comes with a washing machine and a dryer. The hotel is perfectly located, not completely insude Surfers. It's an old building but in good condition, the room was quit ebig, more an appartment, which is good for a stay of 4 days. you can spread out a bit your stuff, not like the small recent hotels rooms. The parking is so easily accessible, the parking slots are very wide. Access to a pool and a gym are a bonus.

Recreation options include the Q1 Spa, heated lap pool, two lagoon swimming pools, steam and sauna rooms, a well equipped gymnasium, BBQ facilities. We liked the central location, close to the beach and restaurants and grocery shops. The swimming pool was a highlight for the kids. Overall the facilities were modern and clean.
