The staff was very nice and friendly, the room was spacious, had two beds, and was very clean and cozy. The air conditioning is very good and you don’t have to wait to use warm water in the bathroom. There is a free WiFi, a TV and a refrigerator. very close to the train station and the supermarket. It‘s an amazing choice that you can’t believe at this price. It would be definitely the best hotel in Shumen.

Super clean and comfortable room. The food is exceptional and we enjoy walking to the Stone Monastery and exploring the area. Teo is a great host. This is our second visit to the property and each visit was perfect. Teo and Despina set up a great winery tour and tasting for us which was really appreciated. Loved walking trails with their dog Sugar who will follow you anywhere!

Every member of the team — from the host and the restaurant waiter to the kitchen staff — went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. They paid close attention to every detail to ensure our comfort, and they graciously accommodated all our requests. On our last evening, we were even surprised with a delicious dessert — such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. When it was time to leave, the host personally walked us to the taxi and said goodbye with such warmth and sincerity, it felt as if we were parting from close relatives, not just ending a hotel stay. This heartfelt hospitality left a lasting impression on us, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!
