Charming old-fashioned hotel, with a beautiful view of the famous Staubbach waterfall. Breakfast was excellent, staff was great. There is lovley lounge area where refreshments are available for free till 10pm. The attic room we booked was small, but very clean, cozy and cute. We really enjoyed it! Wish I could have stayed longer.

Gorgeous hotel in a cute little village! About 10 mins on the bus to Interlaken (you get Interlaken visitor cards for free from the hotel so the bus and trains in/out of Interlaken area are free). The room itself was comfortable and the hosts were very friendly and nice! The view from the balcony was a highlight.

From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Incredible view and delicious breakfast! All the staff so efficient and kind. Vintage hotel with a lot of charisma. Love the old pictures on the wall!

Εξαιρετικό ! Ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία! Ζεστασιά, θαλπωρή άψογη εξυπηρέτηση! Είχαμε ημιδιατροφή- ήταν ότι καλύτερο μπορούσαμε να φανταστούμε όσον αφορά μενού, γεύση, ποικιλία και σέρβις!
