We stayed in the guard tower room, which is a bit different from most of the rooms in the hotel. It's right above the castle gate, with windows on 3 sides, but since the walls are 70cm thick and made of stone, it's very well insulated from noise. The conveniences/electrical system were slightly constrained by the fact that we were surrounded by thick stone, but they nonethless did a great job of making a beautiful, comfortable, and engagingly quirky room. Breakfast was also exceptional, with some of the best bread and pastry I've had in Switzerland.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Super comfortable bed and good Pillow menu. House keeping were unsure of what pillow I wanted so they brought 8 up to the room to see which I preferred. Best nights sleep I’ve ever had

What stood out the most: • Clean and well-maintained furniture with a stylish interior design. • Excellent location right by the river, with a beautiful and relaxing view from the balcony. • Seamless access to all hotel facilities through the app, with no need for a traditional front desk – very efficient and modern. • The manager in the lobby was extremely professional and courteous, adding a warm and welcoming touch to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and modern convenience.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The towels were changed daily as well. 2. The breakfast was made up of bread, butter and other spreads, cold cuts, cereals, fresh fruits, yogurt, juice and coffee. It was enough to sustain us till mid afternoon. 3. The location was in Interlaken West, more on the quiet side of town. Very near train station and one can easily walk all the way to Interlaken Ost. 4. Hospitality - it was Sassa who received us when we arrived and she explained the house rules. On the succeeding days, it was Christine who met us for breakfast. I didn't get the name of the person in charge of housekeeping - she was awesome!

The Rössli is a cosy, comfortably furnished hotel enjoying a quiet but central location with a magnificent view of the Jungfrau massif. Location is very close to Interlaken West( walk within 10 minutes). The landlord was very warm and friendly. And every staff very friendly. And landlord guided me how to achieve Jungfraujoch, and guide me how to save money, thanks for him a lot! Everywhere in hotel is very clean! Everywhere! I’m pity I just stayed one night, I will back for travel next year, and will live in this hotel again! In breakfast time, staff prepare cuppchino for me , and prepare many kind of food for us.

The small Hotel Lötschberg enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Interlaken, only a 3-minute walk from the Interlaken West Train Station. Just a 5min walk from Interlaken West train station. Very clean and welcoming. Spacious room. Staff very friendly and helpful.
