The customer support was the best that we have ever had in a hotel!!! The location was perfect in the city center, also the parking and the access to hotel was so convenient!!! The breakfast absolutely excellent!!!! And of course the room was perfectly cleaned!!! Really it’s worth 10/10!!!!

Right on the shore of Lake Lugano, this family-run 4-star hotel offers restaurants, free WiFi, and a south-facing outdoor pool with direct lake access. The centre of Lugano is a 10-minute walk away. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel — everything was smooth and comfortable. I’d like to extend my warmest thanks to Linda at the reception. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and always had a warm smile. Her support made my experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Linda, for going above and beyond!

The family-run Continental Parkhotel is located 200 metres south of the main railway station of Lugano, where the funicular leaves regularly for the city centre. Hotel is located near to railway station, easy to reach. Very nice territory,with outdoor pool and ability to take sunbath between grape yards, if you are coming in the right season. Welcoming and helpful personel, found the answers to all our travel related quastions

Located 800 metres from the Lugano Exhibition Centre and 1 km from the lake, Hotel City Lugano is a modern, non-smoking building with stylish and air-conditioned rooms. Highly recommended from staff to facility. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room is clean and nice. Would probably stay here again when we come back.

Benvenuti all'Hotel Gabbani, un'oasi di comfort e design situata nel cuore di Lugano, a Piazza Cioccaro. Very good breakfast, with tasteful breads and croissant. Comfortable room. Cozy entrance through the always busy restaurant, which reminds us of Italy. Great location, near the lake.
