The customer support was the best that we have ever had in a hotel!!! The location was perfect in the city center, also the parking and the access to hotel was so convenient!!! The breakfast absolutely excellent!!!! And of course the room was perfectly cleaned!!! Really it’s worth 10/10!!!!

Welcome to the B5 Boutique & Design Hotel - Digital Check in - Adults Only Lugano, the urban city oasis in the heart of Lugano. Meaningfully modern, sustainably inspiring and personal. It’s renovated and old/ modern mixture. Cleaning and the stuff were amazing. Also the breakfast was really tasty and fresh. I’ll definitely stay there again if i have a chance to visit Lugano again.

Right on the shore of Lake Lugano, this family-run 4-star hotel offers restaurants, free WiFi, and a south-facing outdoor pool with direct lake access. The centre of Lugano is a 10-minute walk away. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel — everything was smooth and comfortable. I’d like to extend my warmest thanks to Linda at the reception. Highly recommended from staff to facility. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room is clean and nice. Would probably stay here again when we come back.

Benvenuti all'Hotel Gabbani, un'oasi di comfort e design situata nel cuore di Lugano, a Piazza Cioccaro. Very good breakfast, with tasteful breads and croissant. Comfortable room. Cozy entrance through the always busy restaurant, which reminds us of Italy. Great location, near the lake.
