This boutique hotel is ideally located in a quiet area of Locarno. The breakfast buffet has an excellent variety of regional meats, eggs, fruits, and breads. It’s only a short walk to the train station. They also offered the Ticino Card, which made access to public transportation easy! The hotel is family run. Nikoli was very helpful with information about the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Villa Principe Leopoldo can be found amid a large park above Lugano, offering panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the mountains, and featuring leisure, sport and wellness facilities, as well as... Everything!!. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

Right on the shore of Lake Lugano, this family-run 4-star hotel offers restaurants, free WiFi, and a south-facing outdoor pool with direct lake access. The centre of Lugano is a 10-minute walk away. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel — everything was smooth and comfortable. I’d like to extend my warmest thanks to Linda at the reception. The family-run Continental Parkhotel is located 200 metres south of the main railway station of Lugano, where the funicular leaves regularly for the city centre. The rooms was perfect! Amazing view! The bathtub/jacuzzi in the room was a big plus. The staff is 11/10 amazing! The breakfast is very good! FREE parking for your car! FREE bus/train tickets for every day stay. The Lindtt chocolate in our bed was a excepcional gift and we thank you a lot!

Situated on the lake promenade near the traffic-free centre of Lugano, Hotel Walter Au Lac offers you rooms with superb lake views. WiFi is free of charge. All air-conditioned rooms are renovated. The view from the balcony, the size and facilities in the room, the quality of the breakfast and the fast service by all staff in response to my requests.
