Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. Everything was great; from the rooms to the spa, we enjoyed this hotel a lot. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I would especially like to thank everyone at the reception.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. The property has an amazing location, we asked for a room with Matterhorn view and couldn’t be happier we did. The staff is amazing and super helpful. The room was very nice and super clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well. Overall, this was our favorite hotel in our trip through Switzerland

The pictures online don’t do it justice, beautiful chalet, with a wonderful spa. Just perfect after a great day on the slopes. The fire place and topping up of wood each day a big plus.

Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. The staff at the hotel were amazing and so helpful. The breakfast was wonderful -so much choice and fresh ingredients. The spa was so special and relaxing and a very interesting concept. We had a short walk to bus which transferred us to the gondola -so easy. The location is very central. We will be back next year.

Hotel Capricorn se nachází na klidném místě ve vesnici Zermatt bez aut. Nabízí nádherný výhled na Matterhorn a bezplatné Wi-Fi připojení na pokoji. The spa was fantastic. Breakfast was great. I was grateful for the wide variety of fruits, cheeses and bread on selection. The coffee machine was also great! The couch in my room was good. With the weather, my room with town view was good.

I've been upgraded the room. Friendly staff. They saw my heavy luggage and asked if I need a ride. They provided the service for free!
