Renovated and housed in an Art Deco building, the family-run hotel is located in a quiet pedestrian area in the centre of Lausanne, near Flon Metro Station and a 10-minute walk from the train... So far this is the only hotel with room that look better in real life than in pictures! The family room is super spacious with separate living room and room. The living room can fit 2 cots for babies/toddlers. Super clean and new as well. Shower is strong and good. The staffs are extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast is good variety to start the day. Water is provided daily as well.

We were trilled with our entire stay! The staff was incredible. The hotel is so charming and well maintained. Our room was huge. We slept wonderfully, didn’t hear a thing the whole night. The restaurant was fantastic. We just could not have been happier. We hope to visit again. We highly recommend this hotel!

The Château d'Ouchy is a renovated medieval castle with an original donjon (keep) in a scenic location in Lausanne, directly on the shores of Lake Geneva. Majestic hotel in a perfect location. Beautiful rooms with a surprise upgrade for my birthday. Fabulous breakfast choices. The staff at the front desk couldn’t have been more friendly, happy and helpful. We will be back but for longer.

This historic hotel impressed with its wonderful and cozy interior and the warm welcome and sincere care of the hosts. It is radically different from the usual hotels that you forget after a week. The property is clean and the staffs are friendly and helpful and the hotel is accessible to Vevey, Mauntruex and Lausanne! I honestly enjoyed my stay in Hotel Lavaux.
