Firm beds and a nice washroom. The seating area in the loft is really neat. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This boutique-style Santander BGA Hotel offers an on-site restaurant and rooms with free WiFi. Bucaramanga city centre is 18 minutes’ walk away. I liked the location, the staff were all great despite not being fluent in Spanish. I appreciate their assistance & patients.
