We checked in on Jul 7th afternoon and the receptionist was superb helpful and friendly. As we travelled in a big group with grandparents and kids, he passionately helped the seniors to carry the luggages, and always ensured we were in good condition while we were in the rooms. One touching thing is the next day was not his shift, but he came all the way just to help the grandparents to move the luggages to the lobby on ground floor, without our request. I can tell he has lots of passion on his hospitality job, and find ourselves very welcome to their hotel. Thanks!

Housed in a carefully restored period building, Pension Athanor is located in Cesky Krumlov, only 300 metres from the historic city centre. It offers refined accommodation which includes historical elements and high-tech amenities. Free parking is available. The pensions is beautiful and charming, very clean, and in a great location, just 7-10 minutes walk from the old town center. The owner Merkata is super friendly and helpful, she helped us with the parking arrangements and gave us a lot of nice recommendations for things to do and places to see. The room was clean, well-decorated, and had a very nice and spacious bath. We also opted for the breakfast option and were not disappointed - though it was small, it had everything one would need to start the day well, and Merkatra cooked us a very delicious egg and ham dish.
