This hotel is located in the Black Forest, 5 km south of the world-famous spa and casino town of Baden-Baden. It offers large rooms with a balcony. Their hospitality an amazing and never seen like that in Europe hotels that I experienced.

Atmosphere was super. Room is semphatic and clean. Philosophenweg and Altstadt is very closed to hotel. We are pleasant to stay.

For over 160 years, the Europäischer Hof Heidelberg has stood for genuine hospitality and timeless elegance. This is the most amazing hotel and the most attentive and well managed staff I have ever had the privilege of staying at and being served by. My daughter joined us for breakfast and I had just mentioned in passing that it was her birthday. Without any arranging by me, they brought her a birthday surprise at breakfast.

This 4-star-superior hotel in Baden-Baden offers spacious suites, rooms with free high-speed internet, underground parking and a business centre. We got upgraded at check in. We had a very spacious clean room. The bath was nothing i have ever seen before! It was like going to thermal baths! Huge and comfortable. The hotel is at the perfect location to go at the city centre and right next to Thermal Baths. Great view of the mountain and the Thermal Baths The staff was really accommodating and friendly!

Kleiner Rosengarten nabízí terasu, sdílený lounge a pokoje s klimatizací, bezplatným Wi-Fi a kabelovou TV s plochou obrazovkou. The room was great, BUT instructions for key things, like the AC, were only in German, so not tourist friendly. Similarly, good luck reading the sign at the unmanned reception... also only in German. It said to call a mobile number (a long distance call, generally) it was also an unmanned mailbox. Eventually I figured out to walk in through the restaurant around the corner where I was greeting in, you guessed it, German (and Italian): I speak neither. So, the instructions for getting into the hotel need help, but once it, it was fabulous. I cannot comment on the restaurant, as we ate elsewhere, but it looked busy.

We loved the location and the quality of the rooms. You can tell that great care was taken in construction of this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, too!
