What an amazing place, in a lovely quiet part of Holsted. Dogs are welcome, and we took advantage of the short nature wall by the park that follows a placid, pretty stream. The hotel has an eclectic decor, with themed rooms that are full of character and comfort. And they are incredibly spacious, many of them perfectly suited for families or large parties. We stayed in the Karen Blixen suite and it was incredibly comfortable and restful. The breakfast has no hot food options (beyond boiled eggs at request and a self-serve.waffle-maker), but it had a great selection of musli, jams, bread and cheese, deli cuts, pastries, and more.

Each is decorated with wooden floors, modern furnishings and contemporary art. All have a flat-screen TV, seating area and private bathroom. A very spacious mini apartment/room. Nice big bed, great location and nice breakfast.

All the individually designed rooms at Villa Procence have a flat-screen TV and luxury toiletries by Molton Brown. Some also include a seating area. A lovely and unique hotel. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Loved the main house/lobby area with the trust bar. Great locaiton for walking to various restaurants in town. Quiet area. Helpful with local restaurant recommendations. We visited in December but I am sure there is a lovely garden and patio area to enjoy the summer sunshine.

It is a charming old hotel, very well maintained and with a good restaurant.
