The on-site gastrobar serves special à-la-carte gourmet breakfasts every day from 07:00 to 23:00. We had a very, very pleasant stay here. The breakfast is a la carte, but you can order as much as you want complimentarily. They met my dietary needs and made the stay an experience we'll never forget.

Right in the heart ❤️ of Madrid Everything was right where we were Staff were so very friendly Victor was always smiling,helpful and friendly as was a lovely Colombian staff member again friendly smiling helpful It was quiet and that was excellent as the city was so busy. We had a Juliet balcony which we stood on and gazed into the street below Bed was comfortable and we liked how they cleaned the room and supplied coffee tea etc Also a good sized fridge Shower room was very good too No complaints 👌 good value for money

Great location in a really cool neighbourhood of Madrid,. Staff where excellent especially Cristina on reception who went above & beyond on her level of service. When we where checking in I dropped a bowl we had bought as a memento by our daughter. Cristina & Victor took the trouble to have it repaired and delivered to our room at no cost. On this trip we stayed at 16 different hotels in the USA, Canada, Portugal, Spain and Japan, this was by far the best!

The hotel has 2 terraces with panoramic views of the city. Excellent location on Gran Vía – walking distance to main sights, bars, shops, and close to metro and bus stops. The area is full of life, great for exploring or shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was facing the main street but still very quiet, with two balconies and a nice view. Housekeeping was excellent – the room was cleaned thoroughly every day, with fresh towels and even bed sheets changed daily. The rooftop bar is not fancy, but it's peaceful and definitely worth visiting.

Each one comes with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a large rain-effect shower. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Many great sites to visit are a maximum 30 mins walk away. I had no trouble walking to Palacio Real, Museo del Prado and Retiro park. There were a couple of interesting smaller museums nearby as well. There are many, many good food and drink options right out front which seemed pretty popular with the locals. My driver from the airport actually raved about what a good location it was.
