So many things have been included, which is what to be expected from a 5-star hotel: shower cap, soft bath robes and slippers, bath salts, nice capsule coffee machine (we didn't use though). The breakfast was very nice with good selection and food quality. I particularly liked old-styled porridge with dry fruits (I didn't try such before, but I'm pretty sure it's how it tasted when the hotel was founded 137 years ago) and that tasty cappuccino was included into the price.

The location is right in the center, the stuff was very polite and professional, the room had all the facilities needed.

It offers free Wi-Fi, a lobby bar and 3 cooperating restaurants, serving fine and casual dining. The hotel is within walking distance of the city center. It’s clean, the staff was always helpful and friendly. It offers good value for the price.

Breakfast is nice with a nice view of the lake, the walk around the lake is nice too which is part of the hotel property, the pools (for us we had two kids and there was another pool for them, besides a jacuzzi and larger pool for adults), there are enough sauna and access to the lake at the pool area, water is a bit colder than the pool, but perfect temperature in hot weather in June. There's a playroom for the kids with lots of toys, it was perfect!.

I was travelling to the World Dog Show with my dog, and my flight arrived late. The hotel was quick to answer my questions, and on arrival, the staff were very friendly and walked me to my room. The breakfast was terrific, offering a wide choice between hot and cold, fresh, and clean. I can go on
