Housed in a converted prison from 1837, this atmospheric hotel is found on Katajanokka Island in central Helsinki. Uspenski Cathedral is a 10-minute walk away, while Helsinki Cathedral is found within 15 minutes' walk. The historical building made this hotel very interesting. I especially like how they kept some ex prison cells for exhibit. The hotel room itself has high ceiling and is bigger than other hotel rooms we stayed at in Helsinki. What really shone was the staff, everyone was friendly and very helpful! They also provide 2 meals and 1 afternoon tea included in your hotel price. If I had known that earlier, I would’ve stayed the whole week here instead of Airbnb. 6 stars out of 5 for the service!

Featuring room service, this property also welcomes guests with a restaurant and a terrace. Guests can have a drink at the bar. Great location, nice decor, chill vibes. The room was really spacious for our family of four. Beds were comfortable, nice seating area by the table, awesome window sills to sit on and read a book, easy to navigate entertainment system on tv.

It offers self-catering accommodation with classic décor, a kitchenette and private bathroom. WiFi and parking are free. Sörnäisten Metro Station is just a 3-minute walk away. The stafff. They did it again. If you have good staff like here then your stay will be a pleasure. They go out off there way to help you. Just ask and they will help you with everything! SUPER stafff. Nice kitchen and many cock there own food here. Me to. Nice dinning-tabel and nice sitting area where you can hang out and talk to everybody else. They have a sauna!!!! You have to pay extra, but it's there!! 1 minute to the supermarket and a few minutes and you have a number of supermarkets. I took the bus when I left. 2 minuts walk and then directly to the airport. Ask reception how to get a ticket. City-center is about 15-20 minutes walk from the hostel so it's easy.

Situated on the historic Bulevardi avenue in trendy Punavuori, this boutique hotel is 600 metres from Kamppi Metro Station. Facilities include electric-car charging stations, free WiFi and a free 24-hour gym. We absolutely loved this hotel! It is in a wonderful, easily walkable neighborhood and close to many bars, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean and much larger than most rooms in Europe. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. They even knew that our plane left very early and made to-go breakfast bags for us. Whoever is in charge of hiring their front desk staff is doing a great job! We will definitely chose this hotel again when we return to Helsinki.

This stylish design hotel, opened in August 2012, is 1.5 km from Helsinki Central Station and just 50 metres from Hakaniemi Metro Station. It offers free Wi-Fi, a lobby bar and 3 cooperating restaurants, serving fine and casual dining. I ordered a larger room (non-standard), yes this costed some more and provided me with an extra space to get organized for work and for leisure. Breakfast was great with all types of meals. At reception there is an option to get paid espresso coffee.

Scandinavian décor, a work desk and private bathroom with shower are standard at Hotel Korpilampi. Some rooms feature wooden floors. Beautiful location in the middle of nature. Friendly staff, rich breakfast. Good facilities.
