Hôtel de Biencourt is located in Azay-le-Rideau, in the Parc naturel régional Loire-Anjou-Touraine. Beautiful restore location with great places to eat nearby. Staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Located 22 km from Municipal Theatre of Chartres, La Ferme du bois Paris offers accommodation with a patio, as well as free bikes and a garden. Lovely place and very quiet and peaceful. Roselyn, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and very clean and breakfast was great.

We have just spent two memorable nights at La Dixmeresse with the new owners, Geraldine and Charles, who treated us like guests in their own home. La Dixmeresse is a charming, historic property, sympathetically renovated to accommodate today’s needs. It is on the edge of Restigne, a small quiet village surrounded by vineyards and well located for visiting multiple chateaux and wineries in this lovely region of France. Our bedroom was large and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and high-quality bed linen and towels. It was spotlessly clean and had every convenience. Geraldine is an excellent cook. A lovely breakfast was included, and we chose to have dinner there both nights. For my husband, who is diabetic, she arranged a beautiful fruit plate for his dessert, instead of the decadent chocolate cake with crème anglaise that I enjoyed! Charles (English speaking) helped us plan our tour each day, suggesting places that we had overlooked and giving us advice about which routes to take that would be most scenic.

The location is excellent — conveniently situated for exploring the city while offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. I especially loved the breakfast setting, which was charming and thoughtfully arranged, making for a perfect start to the mornings. The room was both cozy and comfortable, providing a restful and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm and well-located place to stay!

The hotel is packed with interesting artifacts from a time gone by, and the level of service harks back to traditional France. The food was wonderful. All in all it was a brilliant find and far exceeded our expectations even though we had seen the scores from previous patrons.

Located in Candé-sur-Beuvron, l’Auberge de la Caillère is 15 km from Blois and 20 km from the Château de Cheverny. It offers individually decorated rooms, free Wi-Fi and a garden with outdoor furniture. Very clean & quiet. Serene feeling. New, in excellent condition Staff very helpful, particularly Max & Clara. Big parking lot with 3 handicapped spaces. Tastefully done, overall. No real problems.

Located an 11-minute drive from Amboise and set in a property built in the 16th century, Château de Pintray offers an landscaped garden and a furnished terrace. Guests can play table tennis or billiards on site. Well, what an absolutely amazing experience. The accommodation was just fabulous and we were treated like royalty by Anne our fantastic hostess. The room, dining and recreational areas and surrounding grounds were simply breathtaking. We will treasure so many great memories of our stay here.
