There are guest rooms in the main building and a further 11 air-conditioned designer bedrooms available in the extension of the orchard, each with private terrace or balcony. Good location and not far for both the train station and the town centre. The room is very well appointed with a lot of thought into designs and spacious.
Tracy-sur-Mer
Only 2 km from the D-Day landing beaches, Le Clos des Pommiers offers B&B accommodation in a modern house. You can relax on the furnished terrace, by the garden, or in the shared living room. A sauna and a hot tub are available on site at an extra cost. We loved everything about this accommodation. We were there for 2 nights with another couple. We had two rooms side by side. We were welcomed right away and shown to our rooms. Each room had its own bathroom and even couch or sitting area. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We reserved the dinner which was available our first night. It was amazing! If this is an option for you, you should definitely take advantage! It was 33 euros and sooo worth it. Breakfast was also great. The grounds were beautiful as well. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy everything it had to offer.

Bayeux
Featuring a garden and views of garden, Clos de Bellefontaine B&B is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Bayeux, 600 metres from Museum of the Bayeux Tapestry. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Featuring a private entrance, the bed and breakfast allows guests to maintain their privacy. The location is excellent within a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bayeux where you can find many restaurants. One tip is that it’s preferable to pre-book your restaurant evening meals as there are more tourists than dining spaces, and you could be disappointed. Carole, the host at Clos de Bellefontaine kindly provided us with a list of possible restaurants before we arrived. Wonderful accommodation, breakfast with freshly cooked cake/crumble and so much more was absolutely superb, and Carole was charming and so helpful. Would definitely recommend this as an outstanding place to stay and excellent location for visiting the WW2 memorials.

Our host Jenna was so friendly and made it a point to remember all of our names before we arrived. Felt like visiting an old friend. Breakfast was really nice as well with a large selection of breads, cereal, eggs, and drinks.

A bonus is that there is a park across the street! Not far from Normandy. Bayeux has a wonderful D-Day museum and cemetery which are within walking distance. The person helping us with breakfast and check-in and check-out was wonderful! She even made me homemade hot chocolate each morning since I don't drink coffee! Room was spacious and very comfortable.

It was a haven of peace. The owners were very welcoming , and they had got it just right with the b and b. Tastefully designed, everything you needed, lovely breakfast. Direct access into the garden. A short 6 minute bike ride to the centre
Location perfect. All rooms with great design and comfort.During the night time no lights.
A very beautiful place, with stunning garden - lovely sanctuary after a long drive. Family suite was a lovely space, although the small bathroom with little shower area might struggle if you stayed longer than a night or two. Location excellent, loads to do, very pretty village, plenty of facilities and eateries just a short drive away. Breakfast was very stylish and delicious. Proprietors welcoming.
The house and its grounds are absolutely stunning. The room was large and well-appointed, stylishly decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside in te garden, in the company of the dog (Charlie) and the peacock (Monsieur). However, the best part of our stay was chatting with Madame Caillau. She is a lovely person, with a kind, warm soul. She made our stay all the more special. I highly recommend you stay at the Manoir du Pont Senot.
Very clean and comfortable, perfect for a one night stay on our trip before getting the ferry back to Ireland. We had a room with a gorgeous view over Caen. Very modern design and friendly staff. I requested an extra blanket and received it directly to the room within a few minutes. Excellent service.
We had a wonderful time. The Chateau Cote de Nacre is a truly magical place. As a designer I can really appreciate all details and quality of the interiors. My boys were captivated by the friendliness of the animals and were looking forward feeding them every morning and evening during our stay. This is one of the best properties we have stayed in. We have memories to treasure. We will miss the views of the garden from our dining table.
I loved our hostess Severine. She made our stay incredible. The building is old but is beautifully designed and decorated. Very clean. Our bed was very comfortable and our room was lovely. The view of the Cathedral from our bathroom window at night was magical. Breakfast was excellent.
Loved the bathroom, and spacious room with a lovely welcome. I wish I had the opportunity to dine in the restaurant, but perhaps in the future, they'll have a vegan menu, but this is a fantastic stay in the surprisingly vibrant city of Caen. The room interior design seemed a little under 5-star standards but everything was clean and neat.
