The location was perfect – convenient and close to everything we needed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everything about our experience was excellent, and we couldn’t have asked for more. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

What an amazing place to stay, and what gracious hosts were Frederic and Sabine! Pictures of the property are gorgeous, but they do not do it justice. It is breathtaking. There are acres and acres for long walks along with the beautiful guest house and tower. We stayed in the tower, and it was amazing. We had two separate bedrooms, and a lounge area where we could sit on a lovely leather couch or in a leather club chair and watch television or just relax. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower and the bath products were quite nice. The main house has two main rooms where guests can sit and relax. The walls of the house were built hundreds of years ago, but the furnishings and the restoration are modern, have a lovely mix of traditional and contemporary furnishings and art. There is so much to look at and so much to enjoy both inside and out. They have bikes at your disposal to ride around the property. They also have a piano and foosball in the shared space, as well as a lovely heated saltwater swimming pool. A traditional French breakfast was served on the patio, and croissants, jams and jellies, fresh squeezed orange juice, and fresh cherries from the property were amazing. The location is ideal for exploring many medieval villages, as well as Lake Saint Croix. The Côte d’Azur as well as the Verdun Gorge are easy day trips. And then there are the large lavender fields, which are all around the country roads nearby. What a peaceful, wonderful stay. We cannot wait to come back

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It boasts a fantastic location, beautiful artwork, and a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. With a winery on-site, it was a delightful addition to the experience. The property was impeccably clean and felt secure throughout my visit.

La Demeure Insoupçonnée merits its name - it’s an unexpected hidden jewel offering amazing nature, elegance, magnificent views on Cap Canaille and absolute calm. My room (opposite the pool, with whirlpool bathtub) was decorated with much taste and elegance, luxurious yet simple and in harmony with the surrounding nature. The discreet personal touch by the hosts July and Jean added to the home-away-from-home feeling. In 12 min downhill walk from Cassis, it’s very conveniently situated, away from the overcrowded city centre in summer (and Bolt/Uber offer very fast service even on busy days for those who don’t want to walk up the hill to return). Excellent value for money!

Auberge De Saint-Rémy - Restaurant Gastronomique se nachází v destinaci Saint-Rémy-de-Provence a má zahradu, terasu, bar a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. The staff were wonderful — friendly, professional and unfailingly helpful. Breakfast was amazing and the dinner we had at the Michelin Star rated restaurant was really a gastronomic tour de force!

He is very generous & attentive. We felt very welcome & comfortable. - The location is phenomenal - bang in front of the Pope Palace & close to everything in old town. Restaurants are a stones throw away. The Tourism Office, from where most tours leave, is a 10 min walk through old town. - The house is beautiful! The couryard garden & the little cat were my favorite. Our room opened into the garden which was delightful - We left very early for our tours & Alain made the effort to have breakfast laid out by 7 AM. It was much appreciated. - Breakfast was fresh & simple with home made jams, yogurt, cheese, fruit & bread. Loved eating it in the garden at a leisurely pace. - Very good AC - much needed in the August heat
