The family-run Ambleside Townhouse is situated in Ambleside, 800 metres from Lake Windermere. It offers en suite rooms and a full English breakfast in the morning. Location, our room was comfortable, shower wonderful. Great breakfast and staff friendly. We’ve been here before and will return again

Il Westbourne è una splendida struttura situata nella tranquilla zona sotto Biskey Howe, nel Lake District. La camera era pulita, il bagno nuovo e molto carino , la posizione buona perché a piedi si arriva subito in centro e con una piacevole passeggiata non troppo lunga al lago di Windermere, comodissimo il parcheggio interno . La zona è silenziosa e abbiamo dormito molto bene su un letto fantastico!

Such a lovely and quiet place just 10 minutes from Keswick. We enjoyed every moment here. Amazing breakfast, dinner and staff!

Jerichos is a contemporary family-run guest house with stylish decor situated on a quiet side street in the heart of Windermere village. There is free Wi-Fi and free ample private parking. Perfectly located on a gorgeous and quiet street, with their own parking spaces. It's just one short block from all of the shops in Windermere, and a great hike to the lookout point for the views. Hop in your car for a short journey to the lake and more shops and restaurants. Beautifully decorated, quiet, and inviting for a night in with a glass of wine in the lobby. The breakfast was lovely too, and the staff were very friendly. Loved all of the details in the room and the property. If you're interested in less touristy food, it's only a 30 minute drive to Ambleside, which has some fantastic restaurants and less tourists.

It was a great stay in this structure. It is a lovely example of a Victorian English house. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Melany was fantastic in welcoming and assisting us, making our visit to Carlisle fantastic.
