This East Sussex guest house has free Wi-Fi and is within 15 minutes’ walk of the Royal Hippodrome Theatre and the town’s 1930s bandstand. What an incredible place to stay. The host was very welcoming and exceptionally helpful. There was a great choice of cooked breakfast options including scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. We had a front room, I think it was room three which was large with a bay window and a great view out the window. There were several free parking bays over the road which we used. You can't reserve them. The room was spotlessly clean and the whole lodge was beautifully decorated. Thanks for a great stay. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Ideally situated just a few minutes walk from Hastings rail and bus station, and just a short stroll will bring you into the town centre and about 10 mins walk into the old town, where you will find traditional and modern bars, excellent restaurants, and an eclectic array shops. The seafront is also only a few minutes walk. The room was spotless, the owner was so friendly. The room was so cozy and warm too
