Situated on the picturesque Isle of Raasay, a 5-minute walk from the ferry terminal, Raasay House Hotel is nestled in a Georgian mansion with beautifully landscaped lawns. Marvelous hotel and its location, overlooking the sound. Beautiful gardens and grounds, charming swarms of rabbits. Excellent facility, very warm and helpful staff - we've forgotten our photo camera in a cafe, before boarding the ferry - they have arranged for its location and our pick-up on the following day.

Everything was so thoughtful, from the homemade cookies at the counter, to Mr Stuart walking us to our room, making sure we knew everything including how to use the Wi-Fi and shower, to the homemade breakfast in the morning it was just perfect. There was even a sewing kit in the room, a rag provided to wipe off dirty boots, and wine glasses to use in the sitting area downstairs. Parking was across the street and always had a spot available for us. The best place to stay in isle of skye.

Stunning location, lovely staff, outstanding food. The building is on the older side with some slightly worn doors etc. but this really just adds to the charm

Pleasant atmosphere, the staff were very friendly, the facilities were nice, and it was especially great having a pub connected to the hotel.

The self check in process was very easy to follow and the room was clean and updated. Would definitely stay again!
