Pullman Liverpool Hotel offers accommodation overlooking the waterfront in Kings Dock, Liverpool. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and bar, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Room was spacious. Restaurant was very nice. Good location. Walk everywhere.

Rooms feel like luxury warehouse loft style, great breakfast and top notch FB in general. Go for the roasted chicken. Last but not least amazingly friendly reception and HK staff. Need to know anything... Mathew is not just a concierge he is a wonderful chap.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Cove during my holiday, and I couldn't be more impressed. The apartment was very well equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, it felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was evident, and I appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. What truly set this place apart, however, was the staff. They were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always available to help with anything I needed. Whether it was solving our lost key situation or making sure I had everything I required, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend the cove to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-supported holiday. I can't wait to return!

Arrived with a lovely welcome, all the staff during our stay were helpful and made time to have a chat. Will definitely be recommending to our friends.

This stylish 4-star boutique hotel has a 6th-floor gym and a relaxed restaurant with chic surroundings. The Vincent Hotel is on Southport's main shopping street, 100 metres from Southport Rail... When I arrived, I was informed I had been selected as 'guest of the day' and I received an upgraded room (junior suite). The room was amazing, had everything you could want and more, there was even a little plate of chocolates and forest fruits with a nice note from the hotel on the desk. Even things like the fact that there was shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the shower, and hand wash and cream at the sink, the tea and coffeee facilities and cold water in the fridge. There are also lots of nice touches around the hotel and restaurant, e.g. a sign that unattended children would be given an esspresso and a kitten...just lots of things that make you smile and make it feel different from a standard hotel.
