So professional and welcoming. Once amazing instance was when I left my phone I. A taxi. The proprietor immediately used the hotel hi tech security system to get the taxi license plate. My pone was returned to me within 2 hours. Just amazing.

I love how the staff is so amazingly helpful. Special mention to Epiphany, who had been a great help to us. I highly recommend this place for their professionalism, accommodating and wonderful staff. We will definitely stay there when we come back to Birmingham.

Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. Rooms were big, clean and modern. Location was great a five minute drive to the hotel from the airport. I didn't have to leave for 2 days as everything was there. Was like a mini break - international choices of restaurants. The cinema with a nice choice of movies and goodies. The spa was fantastic, as was the treatments, super relaxing. The sky bar and food, staff was also amazing. In all, a lovely surprise of a hotel which made my few days relaxing, enjoyable and I would go back for longer and take in some of the activities and performances across at the NEC. Oh and I also had an AGM in that time, the meeting rooms and catering again, awesome. Big Thank you.

Skvělý hotel blízko centra, ochotný personál a snídaně byla excelentní výběr všeho a neustále doplňováno, pokoje velké prostorné, moc jsme si pobyt užili.

Just 10 minutes walk from The Bullring Shopping Centre, this elegant and modern hotel features rooms with Egyptian linen, plasma-screen TVs and free WiFi. The hotel is in the business area and so it was lovely and quiet at the weekend. The hotel is stylish and established - lovely quality. We stayed in the hotel for dinner and the food and service was great.
