Featuring a restaurant and a pool with sun terrace amidst its palm-tree garden, Royal Sun lies within 3 km from the centre of Chania Town. Modern hotel with clean rooms and well-maintained bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent, offering panoramic views of Chania from the dining area. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a non-alcoholic drink. The free hotel shuttle is very convenient (just coordinate the time with the host). The property also features a nice outdoor pool and a useful self-service laundry, free except for detergent capsules.

L'Aphrodite Beach Hotel sorge sulla spiaggia sabbiosa di Mavros Molos a Kissamos. Such a beautiful and quiet place. Perfect oasis to rest and recharge. The staff was superb and nothing ever seemed to be a problem. When I’m Crete, would definitely be back.

Built in 1925 and classified as a monument, the GDM Megaron is located in the heart of Heraklion, overlooking the old Venetian port and within walking distance of all the major sights of the city. Great location in the city with a short 15 min walk to the old town and the shops and restaurants. Room was ample and comfortable and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The staff was super helpful and went out of their way to assist. Everything was clean and spotless. You even get free beach towels for the day and they can arrange excursions for you.

Absolutely everything was fantastic from time of check in to departure after an amazing breakfast. We travel a lot and stay in amazing properties but this small 3☆ hotel could teach many other hotels on how to do it right. We had no choice of room as it was fully booked and that was sad as it was a bit small for the 2 of us but as you are never in the room who cares. Beds and pillows super comfortable and good size showers. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the best we have had in Crete as everything fresh and cooked to perfection. Parking available behind the hotel which was a big plus.
