Room with the pool really has a nice view, although because in early May still a bit cold, we didnot use the pool, but lay on the beach chair just seeing the see and the sky & cloud, quite relax. The breakfast is quite nice, for the first the restaurant staffs even explain to us what the specific food is, which is very uncommon. The staff in the front desk is quite nice and professional with nice smile. Although the hotel is not in the Fira town center, but in the quite place by 10 mins walking to the town bus station is quite convenient. As well, no need to carry the luggage to climb the step is adding points as the taxi can reach the entrance directly.

Hotel Thireas is ideally located on the edge of caldera just 3 minutes walk from the centre of Fira, enjoying the view of the volcano.

Lovely unique cave hotel with super friendly, professional, efficient & very accommodating staff. Special mention to Vanessa who made us all feel so welcomed. Extraordinary views, extravagant breakfasts, lovely pool & perfect location. Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment - Poseidon.

The view of the Caldera was amazing! My room was beautifully furnished, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The balcony with the hot tub and stunning Caldera sunset view was well worth the money and the staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful.
