This room is located on the ground floor and offers limited side views to sea from balcony. The breakfast was beautiful and the staff were friendly.

Hotel boutique situato su un lato della scogliera, il Balcony Boutique Hotel offre la vista panoramica sul Mar Ionio, l’accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Tsilivi, un giardino, una terrazza solarium e... Everything and everyone was outstanding! The property is beautiful and has the most amazing view of the sea from above on the cliff looking down. Well maintained and super clean. Restaurant stays open till midnight which was a welcomed surprise when we travelled all day and overnight from US and arrived around 10pm to the property hungry and tired. Food was excellent and the outdoor patio and view even at night was exceptional! Eleni and Adamanettie (wrong spelling…I’m sorry) were top notch on customer service. They arranged transfer services from airport to hotel upon arrival and also from hotel to the port on our departure. They also helped map out our plans for the short two days we were there to see the best beaches and viewpoints … even an excellent taverna for an unbelievable sunset experience on top of the mountain facing the sea.

We spent a terrific week with our family in the Andreolas Suites. Besides the unbeatable location just at the seafront, it was the hospitality and genuine kindness of the whole staff that made our holiday extra pleasant. We appreciated all the small gestures, like (among many) remembering what we like to drink or preparing an extra bed for the children even without asking. We loved the beach with the hotel's sunbeds, the shallow and crystal clear water makes it a perfect location with small children. The evening sea breeze made air conditioning unnecessary even after the hottest summer days. The breakfast is good and there is a reasonable variety, and also there was something new to try every day. Altogether, we felt Andreolas Suites indeed provided luxury value for a normal price. I highly recommend it, and we would definitely come back here if we return to Zakynthos in the future.

It was our first vacation with a baby, everybody in the hotel was nice and played with the baby. Also, the location is perfect. Pool, beach (gentle waters, perfect for children), good reataurants and not too big town.

The room is very big and so is the bed. We had good breakfest and the stuff was very helpfull. Very quite and around the hotel olive trees. Beautiful!!!

We absolutely loved everything. The hotel is adorable, the location is perfect, just a step from the sea, in the city center and yet isolated enough to not be noisy. We had a wonderful view, watched the perfect sunrise, and listened to the waves from the terrace. The rooms are not big but quite sufficient and impeccably clean. The rooms are completely cleaned and towels are changed every day, although we never saw a cleaning lady. The bed was one of the most comfortable ever. The breakfast is excellent, varied, and enough to keep you full. We had no expectations, and this hotel exceeded them. Huge recommendation.
