Guests can enjoy their meals at the on-site restaurant. On-site parking is free of charge for all guests. We stayed here only for 1 night just as a stopover before we continue with our early morning domestic flight. We have chosen it because of its shuttle service to Airport and that it was very affordable. I suspect most guests stay here for the same purpose because the shuttle to the airport at 6.30 in the morning was full:) and they have breakfast buffet service start at 4 am, if I remember correctly. Although we didn't have time to try the breakfast, I saw a variety of choices. Only thing is that it was mainly Indonesian food and not many western choices. Still the room was very clean, very spacious and comfortable. We wished we had just a few more hours to really enjoy our stay.

Guests can enjoy a swimming pool with city view from above. I like how the staff always great us, they always asking if everything is good or not. Also we like our room, me and my mom sleep good.

Located a 5-minute walk from Living World Mall, Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera offers a luxurious stay with an outdoor pool and a restaurant. A tennis court and free parking spaces are also available on site. Free WiFi is accessible throughout. It was extremely quiet and comfortable. Although located next to a larger road, I couldn’t hear the cars at all. The breakfast was very focused around local food, which was delicious, but also a great variety of western goods like scrambled eggs, pancakes, maple syrup, etc. There was a decent pool and sufficient fitness center to keep you busy if you decide not to leave the hotel

En suite bathroom comes with hot/cold shower facility, slippers and free toiletries. We used Zest for transit so we're there only 1-2 nights. I came with my family of 3 and we were really happy with the service. They had free bus shuttle every hour from hotel/airport so it was really handy also the driver was so helpful and friendly. The desk persons especially Dani was polite, helpful and friendly to us, the check in/out was so smooth. We booked queen room and it was clean, and they provide basic needs for us (water & glasses, toiletries, towels, AC, TV etc). We had nice rest in between our transit days. They have room service for foods if needed. Thank you for your hospitality. Highly reccomend for the transit hotel near airport!
