This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was an absolute dream. The staff are beyond wonderful, so kind and caring. The room although on the smaller size is very thoughtfully done and they give you everything you could possibly need. 5 litres of drinking water per day, for instance!! The beach in front was calm to swim in and very pretty. Snorkel equipment was also provided and we could rent bikes at the property. Breakfast was very generous and delicious. On the whole we just loved our stay. Gili Air is like a slice of heaven! Special mention of Rizaan at the front desk who took great care of us!

Staff was so friendly! Diego ( manager) was the best host ever ! Location is just perfect, right at the beach, cafe( taste) was good, they do the best late in the island! Hands up to Abduh he did the decoration on our room, made us feel so welcome!

Situato nella parte settentrionale di Lombok, il Jeeva Klui Resort è immerso in un ampio giardino tropicale sulla spiaggia di Klui, con vista sull'Oceano Indiano e sull'isola di Bali. My room was beautiful, the garden amazing, the restaurant fabulous but … the person makes the difference! Kindness all over the day! I felt In paradise! Thanks to everyone to make my stay unforgettable!

Beautifully decorated with a blend of traditional and modern designs, Mama Bella's Retreat is located a 10-minute walk to Senggigi Beach, amongst tropical garden. I loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean, had good WiFi, and the staff was kind and helpful. They also offer tours—we took two, and they were excellent. You can also rent a scooter. If we ever come back to Senggigi, we’ll definitely stay at this hotel again!

Thanks to Edi at recepción and Habi of maintainance! They made a great experience for us! Súper recommendable.

The daily breakfast was great, sitting right next to the beach. The pool was outside of our room which was great. The water was a little warmer than I would have liked. The best thing about this spot is the staff. Ansel went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic.

We loved spending time by the pool, and the sunsets on the beach were absolutely breathtaking. There were plenty of things to do — from snorkeling in crystal-clear water to horseback riding along the shore — everything felt relaxed and easy to enjoy. The staff were wonderful: always friendly, helpful, and full of good energy. Just like everywhere in Indonesia, the people are what make the experience truly special.
