Location, room and breakfast were excellent. Aya, the young woman, manager at the restaurant is a GEM, she made breakfast time a fantastic experience beyond the food. The owner of the hotel was very personable, kind, wonderful! He responded immediately to our requests and questions. We felt very cared for. It was a pleasure to stay at Jerusalem Hotel.

We celebrated our son's Bar Mitzvah with family and stayed in a few units. Yoel and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and allow us the family togetherness we were seeking!
