I loved the location and the view from our room was spectacular. The breakfast was excellent and the staff, chef Alla , kitchen manager Inna and reception manager Saher were very helpful to me since I have to be gluten free. There was a wide variety of foods and there were many that I was able to eat. The receptionist Kfir was extremely helpful and very patient with every one he interacted with. He was able to recommend a restaurant where the food was very good, offered gluten free foods and was reasonably priced. I would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Set in Tel Aviv’s port area, Yam Hotel is a modern Boutique Hotel with free WiFi, just 200 metres from the beach promenade and 5 minutes’ walk from the closest beach. Our stay in the hotel was amazing, the stuff was really kind all the time. They helped us with airport transfer. We received bottle water every day for free when going to the beach and also sun protection was provided for free. There was hot water with teas all the time in the lobby also for free. We loved that we could rent a bike also for free. Everything was really amazing and we recommend this hotel for sure.

In Pre-arrival day I had Excellent communication with the hotel which answered all my questions and helped us find the last spot at the Bellboy bar. The roms are small but its clearly noticed that it was well designed to the smallest details. You get 3 choice locations for breakfast and this also felt like a perfect fit experience. Thank you!
