The gym is small, but the equipment is in very good condition. The pool is clean and very relaxing to sit by or in. The food in the restaurant is good..The wines are good, but a little too pricey. Without exception, all staff were very helpful, attentive and professional. A special thanks to Nisha at the Spa, Girish, Arachana and Vidya in the restaurant, and Prasenjit who made sure my room was spotless every day.

It is a decent and clean hotel. I was on a short trip and this was the third hotel I checked in, after getting unlucky with trash hotels first two times. Many thanks to Iris hotel team for making my stay pleasant! I appreciate that bare essentials like room cleaning, hot water, friendly and responsive staff just work well there. Everything you need you can arrange for by asking. If you read reviews before picking a hotel, make sure to skip reviews from indians. They are most likely fake.
