This hotel is famous as it has been displayed in movies. Lots of people always taking pictures outside the hotel. STAFFS : Special thanks to Mr Adrien, Mr Kalay , Ms Yoshita , the GM Mr Dino, the restaurant staffs . You all made our stay amazing and made us felt at home. ❤️ From day 1, all the staffs were so kind, always smiling and willing to go extra miles. ROOM : The room was spacious, clean and had all the required amneties ( TV with local and international channels ,mini bar , hair dryer, water , fruits , fan , AC , Shampoo , Moisturiser, dental kit , hot water, Iron on request etc..) BED : One of the most comfortable bed we had. We slept so well . If we had more days, we would extend our stay just to spend our day in bed . POOL : Clean, beautiful and so relaxing. FOOD : Fresh and tasty food. We still talked about that " mushroom sandwich " during our breakfast time at home. LOCATION : Lively street close to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and tourist places. You can easily find rickshaw and there is a starbucks next to the hotel . We will consider the other CGH hotels for our other vacays !!

Love the room with the balcony I think it’s the largest one, and it’s my 3rd time here. Very very good staff and hospitality and the food is superb. Good location too. My go to place in pondi, would not pick any other space in the city but this.

Construit à l'origine pour servir de résidence du maire, cet établissement classé 5 étoiles est entouré d'un jardin et se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Pondichéry. Le service efficace et attentionné. mention spéciale pour Aichu. Les petits déjeuners sont servis à table, et sont délicieux. La piscine se trouve dans un établissement tout proche en front de mer à l'Hôtel Promenade, dont nous avons également apprécié le restaurant de poisson ainsi que le bar et les délicieuses piña colada!

I had a comfortable and relaxing stay at Treebo South Avenue, thanks to its modern facilities and attentive staff. The complimentary Wi Fi allowed me to stay connected, while the cleanliness of the rooms impressed me.The hotel location near the railway station made it easy for us to explore the city without worrying about transportation.

On a tous aimer, l'accueil, le repas ainsi que le personnel était très agréable tout comme le directeur qui était très serviable, on conseille beaucoup cette hotel surtout pour le rapport qualité prix

The Promenade is a 5-minute walk from Pondicherry Beach. It offers an outdoor pool, 3 dining options and free Wi-Fi access is provided for free in the entire hotel. I spent 6 nights here absolutely wonderful, the staff amazing from the door man ,reception, room attendants , wait staff . The staff always on hand to help in anyway, so friendly. Food was delicious a huge range to choose from breakfast was absolutely delicious. The pastries were beautiful. My bed was so comfortable , aircon was great , Thank you for making my holiday memorable . 10 out of 10 .
