Snæfell - Hotel by Aldan is 500 metres from the Smyril Line Ferry Terminal in Seydisfjördur. WiFi and parking are free. Absolutely perfect accommodation on the very shore of the fjord. Everything is so nice, warm and welcoming. One wakes up to the site of snow covered mountain tops and their reflection in the fjord. The room has all necessities, and there is a fully equipped kitchen with snacks for purchase at any time of the day. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is superb.

Fosshotel Eastfjords to designerski hotel usytuowany w mieście Fáskrúðsfjörður w regionie Austurland w Islandii. The hotel is located on the fjord, the view from the windows unforgettable. Room very comfortable and bigger than I expected, beds very comfortable. From the hotel there is an underground passage to the restaurant, very interesting, with wax figures representing history. The restaurant where breakfast was served was beautiful, with a terrace facing the pier overlooking the fjord. The breakfast was very good, fresh local produce and finally bread that is not "toast" :)

This Seydisfjordur Guesthouse is situated in the eastern fjords of Iceland, 25 minutes’ drive from Egilsstadir Airport. It offers free WiFi and a garden. This guesthouse is in a great location within this small but beautiful town, a short walk to everything you need (bars, restaurants, grocery shopping, etc). The room was a generous size, clean, with comfortable beds. The kitchen amenities were generous with plenty of space for cooking & storing our groceries. We definitely recommend this guesthouse.
