And it was actually a relatively cheap place, compared with other places I rented. Jesus, I felt like I was some kind of burguoisie lord.

The stairs are wide, bathroom upstairs and down, comfortable beds in warm room, great lounge/dining/kitchen area. Coffee always on the go and good breakfasts. Transport to our ferry.

This hotel is on Akureyri’s main street, Hafnarstraeti, less than 2 km from Akureyri Airport. It offers en-suite guest rooms, free parking and views of the Eyjafjörður fjord. Husavík is 90 km away. Very cool hotel! The room was really comfortable and breakfast was absolutely amazing. They have a nice bar and all the staff were great and really helpful.
