Even before our arrival, we were provided with exceptionally friendly and helpful information regarding parking options. The parking reservation was completely hassle-free and included an excellent and punctual shuttle service. The reception staff were warm, professional, and always helpful – truly outstanding! Breakfast was delicious, varied, and of the highest quality. Our suite “Senza Nidd” was an absolute highlight: beautifully designed, very comfortable, and with a unique atmosphere.

The cave room was amazing, the view from the terrace to drink or eat a takeaway meal was gorgeous, the breakfast great… all in all a perfect place to break up a trip from Amalfi coast to Sicily ! Our experience at Fra i Sassi was absolutely unforgettable. Our room was beautiful and full of character — the bathroom was set directly in the cave, which gave it such a unique and authentic touch. One of the highlights was definitely the view: right from our window we had a breathtaking panorama of Matera, perfect at any time of day. The location couldn’t have been better. We had no issues at all with our luggage, and the direct shuttle to the hotel made arrival super easy. Once there, we were within walking distance of everything — it’s perfectly situated to explore the Sassi and the historic center. What really made the difference was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us excellent recommendations for food and activities, helped with reservations, and made us feel completely at home. A big plus for us: we were traveling with our dog and everything went smoothly. And breakfast? Just as amazing as everything else — fresh, local, and delicious. Highly recommend staying here if you want the full Matera experience with comfort, charm, and warm hospitality

Casa Natalì se nachází v destinaci Matera a poskytuje pokoje s klimatizací a vlastní koupelnou. Jen 600 metrů odtud se nachází Palombaro Lungo a Matera Cathedral je 900 metrů daleko. The location was ideal to explore the old town. The room was nice and clean, comfortable with lots of amenities, even espresso machine, has a cosy indoor balcony. The hostess is a wonderful lady that suggested and pointed us out all the sightseeings and the way to access them. She also offered us her parking lot to leave our motorbikes.
