Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the tea and coffee. The dining experience at the hotel was exceptional. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, and the service was impeccable. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the genuine care of the staff, especially b-day welcome drink during breakfast 🙂. One of the highlights of my stay was the shuttle bus service to and from the city center. It made exploring Florence so convenient and stress-free. And the bus driver was very pleasant and gallant. Overall, my experience at Hotel Agape exceeded all expectations. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay and make our b-day more special!
