Set in a 17th-century building, Casa Masoli is only 450 metres from Basilica of Saint Vitale and Mausoleum of Galla Placidia’s Byzantine mosaics. Anna was a lovely host, who went out of her way to help with any needs. Breakfast was of incredible choice and the location cannot be beaten. Quiet and calm. Large space and all mod cons. The parking garage Navoni was excellent and very friendly also

M Club De Luxe B&B is set in a refurbished 15-th century building, located in the pedestrian-only shopping area of Ravenna. Everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable, big, beautiful room and bathroom. Good breakfast, close to everything. Michael already thought of everything you might need.

Set in its furnished garden in the centre of Ravenna, Ai Giardini di San Vitale offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV. The Basilica of San Vitale is 200 metres away. I stayed there 7 night and it felt like home. The room was so clean and staff were interested in every detail, they were friendly and helpful. I would suggest staying here for everyone.

A Casa Di Paola offers modern accommodation with free Wi-Fi in the heart of the historic centre, a few steps from Basilica dello Spirito and 500 metres from Ravenna Station. Breakfast amazing. Lost of goods from local bakery. The place looks like a gallery with lots of art pieces and antiques. It is a great location if you are planning to visit Mirabilandia and also to spent some time at the sea.

Designed to produce a sense of harmony and well-being, Exclusive Aparthotel La Reunion is set in front of Dante Alighieri’s tomb in Ravenna. Very big room. Looked nice. Friendly staff. Super location. Surprisingly quiet even though it was first floor and next to the reception. We could get the ZTL parking permit from them for extra cost and could park relatively close by.

Santa Maria Foris is in the historical centre of Ravenna, a 5-minute walk from the Galla Placidia Museum, Basilica San VItale and Piazza del Popolo square. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The villa was in a great location and the garden terrace was lovely to sit and relax in. All of the rooms were cool and comfortable in the summer heat and the bed amazingly comfortable.

Just a few steps away from the marvellous attractions of Ravenna, displaying monuments from the UNESCO World Heritage list, the Diana hotel is ideally located for a cultural escape. Hotel Diana was excellent in every respect. Their recommendations for evening dinner were first rate.
