Sa Domu Cheta offers an original design with its complete renovation of the first floor of a historic building. Here you can admire early 20th-century architecture, Art Nouveau design, exposed-stone walls and exposed-wood beams. The location was perfect. An easy 7 minute walk from the train station, right outside the old city, and down the block from the botanical gardens. The staff was helpful with things to see and do, restaurants etc. the breakfast was fantastic.

The Excelsior is located in the city centre of La Maddalena Island, a 2-minute walk from the ferries to/from Palau. There is free public parking in front of the hotel.

A varied buffet is served in a breakfast room with views of Santo Stefano Island. In summer, guests can enjoy it on the panoramic outdoor terrace. Very close to the ferry and plenty of restaurants around. Room was comfy and facilities are good.
