The staff was amazing! Very kind and helpful. The hotel is fantastic and the pools amazing! What to say about the breakfast…. Everything you need and some very traditional tastes. The only thing that is some kind mandatory is to have your own car as the hotel is 15 minutes from Ortigia.

This boutique hotel is in the centre of Ortigia, near Piazza Duomo. It is set in a historic building with high ceilings and stone walls. Each of the 6 rooms is spacious and unique. There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby. The B&B is conveniently located to everything on the tiny island of Ortigia. Most rooms (including ours) are bright and well-decorated with lovely terraces overlooking the largely pedestrian street. Simple breakfasts (croissants, fresh orange juice and coffee) were served just outside the B&B at an adjacent cafe under the same ownership. The owner was very friendly, helpful and accessible.

The "Amunì Cocktail Bar & Restaurant" serves new and traditional Sicilian recipes. Drinks are served at the bar and can be enjoyed in Piazza Minerva square. Property was well situated and central to all major attractions. Well maintained and top notch service. We found the room spacious and the restaurant was great (we had some drinks and nibbles there throughout our stay). Hotel staff were kind and courteous.
