The service by Erica was excellent. She looked after us a group of 6 in 3 rooms. She was cheerful, patience and walked us through everything we needed to know. We all enjoyed staying at this onsen.

The bedroom is spatious, comfortable, beautiful and cozy (warm)! Also, the open air bath is GREAT, perfect temperatures and a view for the mountain Yufu. The location is also very good, 10min walk from the station, there are markets and cafes/restaurants close by. And finally, the staff is very very friendly

The private bath was amazing! It gave us a taste of the Japanese onsen experience without having to worry about being in public. The room itself was also amazing, giving a stunning view of the beach. The hotel elevator gives regular updates regarding the sunrise times as well so you can enjoy the view. Alcohol and softdrink vending machines as well as an ice machine are available for your convenience at all times.

Located in the central area of Oita City, Daiwa Roynet Hotel Oita offers modern accommodations with free Wi-Fi at the entire property. There is a Lawson store on one floor. The breakfast is good, and the menu includes mentaiko and fried chicken. The Wifi speed is fast.

Nishitetsu Resort Inn Beppu boasts a spacious public bathing area including natural hot spring baths and open-air baths. It is just a 10-minute walk from JR Beppu Station. great location if your using bus transportion from the airport. when i arrived by bus, i was surprised that the hotel was right in front of me! it was also nice not having the rush to my bus when i left. also it's across the street from a shopping mall, conbini, and chain restaurants. the breakfast was pretty good as well. the staff were very nice. the train station is only a 15 min slow paced walk. but you are close to popular onsen. i would stay here again!
