We loved the rooftop pool and lounge area, perfect balance of shade and sun options. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and we even got a free upgrade to a room with a lovely balcony. The road was quiet and had security, the area felt safe at night. The host was very friendly and accommodating, included clear instructions to access the property, recommended local restaurants, and was available by text at all times. We can’t recommend this location enough!

We were fortunate enough to get a free upgrade after we let the property know we were celebrating our recent engagement and the room was incredible, enormous space, huge comfortable bed, giant balcony with whirlpool bath, plus welcome gifts and a sweet treat left in our room every night. The beach club is fantastic, never a rush on or lack of sunbeds, the staff are incredibly attentive and go above and beyond in catering to whatever wants or needs you may have. The pool is wonderful and a great place to cool off in the afternoon heat, the swim up bar is fantastic and the cocktails are incredible, and fairly priced relative to the rest of the island. The breakfast menu is extensive and delicious, and we also ate at the restaurant on our final night which was the best meal we had on the island. We also ended up opting to pay for a transfer back to Cancun airport through the hotel, which was a seamless and calm experience compared to sorting taxis/ferry/ADO ourselves. Huge thanks to all the staff for honestly making this the trip of a lifetime for us, we'll certainly be coming back!

Absolutely beautiful place, a lush oasis which is so colourful and well-kept. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast was well worth the extra cost. The owners are also really lovely and helpful! We actually extended our stay by one night and would definitely stay here again
