We felt like home. It was nice, clean and beautiful with its common spaces filled with plants. What we liked the most was the warmth from the staff, specially Agustín. He was super nice and helpful, telling us about all the activities happening in the city and resolving all of our questions. Also they told us they don't offer breakfast, only a complimentary coffee, cake and seasonal fruit juice. I have to say, even though they don't consider it to be breakfast it was one of the nicest we've had in Mexico. Also they prepared it for us very early at 6 am the day we left. Very grateful for the treatment, was a pleasure to stay there and would definitely recommend it.

Located in Valladolid's town centre, Hotel Posada San Juan has an outdoor pool, terraces and gardens to offer to its guests. The traditional beautiful facility with a “feel at home vibe” but also with all the comforts and amenities of a 5star hotel. Located in the center of the city. Amazing breakfast! Great dinner and margaritas! Super staff from Santiago to Gabriel to the Chef! Special mention also to the guide the hotel management collaborate with, Juanito, which was one of the best guide I have ever had (he was a true expert and he basically was involved in all of the excavations/restoration of the area). It made a true pleasure visiting Ek Balam and Chichen Itza and made me get passionate about the Maya history! Lastly, the private Cenote experience they offer is something that cannot be described! I have travelled all over the globe and this is definitely in my top three experience. The facility, the cenote, the private set-up, the food was just top notch! An hidden gem in the Yucatán peninsula! If you are traveling around Valladolid do not even think and just book this hotel and the cenote experience. You won’t regret.

Tento butikový hotel v koloniálním stylu se nachází 800 metrů od katedrály v Méridě a nabízí venkovní bazén, lázně a elegantní bar. The hotel is as beautiful as the pictures, maybe more so. Our best pictures from our time in Merida were of the interior of this hotel. Staff was really friendly and eager to help and to educate us. The area around the hotel is walkable, though right in front the sidewalk is very narrow. There are many restaurants and bars and shops near by.

Located within Merida's Historic Centre, 1 km away from the city's cathedral and 200 metres from Santiago Park, Hotel Boutique Merida Santiago offers an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and a restaurant. I spent 3 weeks at Merida Santiago Hotel with a broken ankle. The staff were outstanding in attending to my condition and prioritising my comfort every day. The food, cooking classes and general atmosphere at this lovely establishment are fabulous. All set in the lovely and deeply historical rich subrb of Santiago. Thank you. Lasting memories.
