The Village House asub Kuchingis, Santubongi rannast vaid 3-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Santubongi mägi ja Sarawaki kultuuriküla jäävad 7-minutilise autosõidu kaugusele. So calm, beautiful area at rhe foot of the mountain and just in the village (there are 3 cafes and 2 v little shops for some basic bits). We did the wetlands cruise with John at the jetty in town and it was a must! 15.min walk or the staff will drive you. Also got a lift to damai beach where there are some more food places and shops and the cultural centre $20 entrance for that. Pool is great. You can borrow bikes to explore the area. Note the sea in this area is not for swimming as mangroves/crocs! Can go down the road to Damai easily enough...

It was a very well maintained place. The staff are super friendly. They are always helping and smiling. I really like the way they treat theguest. Housekeeping is coming daily to clean the room. The pool is clean and towels are available. Breakfast is good And very clean place.

I recommend a minimum of 2 nights to fully enjoy all the facilities. The kids’ play area was awesome, and the sea view was very beautiful. Overall, a wonderful experience for families and anyone looking to relax.

Situated amidst abundant greenery, Sepilok Nature Lodge - Formerly known as Sepilok Nature Resort is a haven for nature lovers. Fantastic resort, great location, excellent design, spacious rooms, helpful, polite and smiling staff, very good food. We much appreciated the setting in nature, being close to the rainforest. We were so lucky - after breakfast a mother orangutan with its baby sitting on a tree just beside the outside restaurant.....
